Full Force - (Reman) Injector Set - 175cc - 75% Over Nozzles - 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke

The FFD 175/75 premium reman PPT injectors using the latest updated parts and brand new spool valves. These are the closest to new injectors that are available on the market. We do not modify used core injectors. This practice leads to an inferior product and early failure.

The 175 cc injector include new 30% over performance nozzle that deliver fuel quicker into the cylinder for a more precise combustion creating more power. These injector need custom tuning, head studs, and a turbo upgrade. Up to 550hp and still ok for towing small to moderate weights.

 

Full Force Diesel 175cc Injectors

  • 75% nozzles
  • Non-welded spill ports (broken welds create injector failures)
  • 575hp capable
  • Good for moderate towing

Upgrades needed for the 175cc injectors:

  • Head studs
  • Regulated return fuel system and front modified banjo bolts
  • Powermax turbo or larger
  • Custom Tuning
Core charges are required unless sending in first.

Warranty Information  

The warranty period starts on the day the product is delivered to the original consumer purchaser.
Warranty is non-transferable.


Full Force Warranty Coverage:

  • 7.3 HEUI injectors 18-month unlimited mileage
  • 6.0 HEUI injectors 2-year unlimited mileage


Full Force Diesel Performance Inc. warranty covers:

  • Defective parts in material and workmanship


Full Force Diesel warranty does not cover:

  • Labor costs incurred in diagnosis and repair of defects or any other consequential expenses
  • Failures caused by fuel or oil contamination, lack of fuel pressure, electrical, fire damage,
    misuse, negligence, abuse, improper application, installation, or operation
  • Loss of wages or any other related losses, rental fees, towing fees, housing fees or damages
    directly or indirectly related to the use of our injectors
