They require a $500 return deposit to send you an EZ-Link AutoAgent tool. This typically takes about two weeks to arrive to you. Once you are done changing your Distance to Empty settings, use the RMA shipping label that ships with the EZ Lynk to return the tool to S&B within 10 days. Once they receive it, they will credit your credit card for the full amount. The AutoAgent tool MUST be sent back within 10 days to receive your deposit back.
