On learning of the high failure rate with the Ford 2008-10 Diesel pickup, Northern Radiator worked with their factory engineers to carryover and apply the same technology for a ‘Mack’ truck to these Pickup radiators. They've enhanced the plastic tank from inside with extras ribs for strength, applied the double crimp to the tank headers for strength and added extra fin density to enhance cooling. This keeps the stock look and fit with reinforcements and subtle enhanced performance features that out-perform and out-last radiators made by higher priced competitors.
