Upgrade the cylinder heads in your 2003-2005 Ford 6.0L with the Power-Stroke Products Loaded Stock O-ring 18mm 6.0L Cylinder Head PP-18mmLOEM-O. Designed with your modified pickup in mind, this cylinder head is built from a brand-new casting. Each casting is then inspected to meet Power-Stroke Products stringent guidelines. Each head is then assembled with brand new valves, seals, and springs. A machined O-ring is installed to keep compression in the cylinder, and out of your cooling system. Sold individually.
