Dodge Cummins 5.9L 12-valve engines have a variety of large turbine housings that all result in some noticeable turbo lag before boost is actually developed. These engines will benefit by changing the stock 18 or 21cm housing to this 16cm turbine housing, particularly on engines that have had high flow injectors installed. The 16cm housing will give your trusty 12-valve better bottom end response and reduce turbo lag.
