The High RPM Mechanical Governor Kit increases the Cummins engine speed to 4,000 rpm, reducing gear shifting and providing a new high in horsepower levels. ** Installation of the 4000 rpm kit requires installation of 60lb exhaust valve springs (included) if they haven't already been installed with an exhaust brake installation.
