Interference in the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS or APPS) circuits on Dodge Cummins engines from 1994 - 2005 will create false voltage readings in the APPS circuit and cause the lock up torque converter to rapidly cycle on and off as you drive (sometimes called "shuttle shifting") somewhere around 40/60 mph. This quick and easy fix removes the annoying and potentially harmful RF interference.
