Bilstein B8 5100 shock absorbers are designed as a direct fit solution for lifted trucks and SUV’s. These shock absorbers feature a monotube design which provides consistent fade free performance. B8 5100 shock absorbers utilize a unique, velocity sensitive, digressive piston which reacts to changing road conditions. All B8 5100 shock absorbers are tuned for each specific application to assure optimal performance is achieved. B8 5100 shock absorbers offer a significant improvement in ride quality, handling, and comfort.

Kit Includes:

• 2 x (24-253161)  B8 5100 - Front Suspension Shock Absorber
• 2 x (24-196468) B8 5100 - Rear Suspension Shock Absorber

We highly recommend an optional steering stabilizer for the best performance and ride comfort.  The steering damper is able to dampen minute movements in the steering and reduce steering vibrations that naturally occur, especially in older vehicles.  

Important Notes for optional steering damper:

At this time there is no Bilstein steering damper for the 2017+ vehicles.  We offer a BDS damper kit with Nitro NX2 shock that has proven to be a great kit on these newer trucks. 

Please be aware that the 2011-2016 BILSTEIN option is only for trucks that came WITH a factory steering damper. The BDS damper kit for 2015*-2025 will only fit 2015-2016 trucks WITHOUT a factory equipped steering damper, so is a great option for those vehicles!
