More About Fuel Contamination Kits - 2011+ Ford 6.7L
The CP4 pump in the 2011 and up Ford 6.7L application is prone to catastrophic failure. What this means is when the CP4 pump fails it sends metal debris through the entire fuel system. After which you are required to replace all essential parts (IE - Fuel Pump, Injectors and injector bank connectors) and replacement of, or at least professionally cleaned, fuel lines.
