The 6.7 Common Rail Cummins Precision Plus Reman Long Block is a fully assembled, stock replacement engine designed to deliver OEM reliability with upgraded durability. This long block ensures smooth operation and long-lasting reliability by featuring CNC blueprinting, precision machining, and upgraded internal components. The D&J Precision Plus Reman Cylinder Head, included in this build, improves durability and efficiency with HD bronze valve guides, oversized heavy-duty seats, and a high-precision CNC valve job. Shipped pre-lubed with break-in oil and including an oil pan and front timing cover, this long block is ready for easy installation. Manufactured by D&J Precision Machine, this engine is built to exceed stock performance and reliability standards.

• Comprehensive Inspection: Disassembled, crack checked, inspected, and all threaded holes tapped, blasted, and cleaned before machining.
• Precision Machining: CNC blueprinted, bored, honed, and deck surfaced. Each crank is checked for straightness and size and repaired as needed.
• Thorough Cleaning: Blocks are cleaned and inspected to double-check our machining processes. We measure all bearing clearances, piston-to-wall clearance, piston protrusion, deck, and hone surface. All pistons and rods are double-checked for proper spec and ring gaps corrected as needed.
• Controlled Assembly: Assembled in a clean room by skilled technicians, ensuring top quality.
• Precision Cylinder Heads: Disassembled, crack-checked, with stock seats replaced by extra-large heavy-duty valve seats. CNC precision valve job performed with Newen seat and guide machine. Meticulously cleaned, inspected, assembled, and pressure-checked.
• Rated for up to 600 HP - Designed for demanding work applications, though high-horsepower tuning is not recommended for heavy towing
• Cylinder Head - Features HD bronze valve guides, oversized heavy-duty seats, and a CNC high-performance valve job for increased airflow and efficiency
• High-Quality Internal Components - Built with new pistons, bearings, tappets, oil cooler, and oil pump to maximize engine longevity

Core Returns

Cores must include a usable block, crankshaft, cylinder head, timing gear housing, piston cooling nozzles, and bolts.  Freight charge for core return will be deducted from the core charge.
