After finding that the R23107-02 filter for the Gen 2 CP4 Bypass Kit was difficult to find and production process limited by lack of parts, S/S Filters changed over to a Gen 2.1 spin-on filter and filter head assembly to make finding a fuel filter easier and less expensive

The Donaldson P550943 has been readily available and close to half the cost of the previous filter while keeping the same flow/filter quality.

This Spin-On filter is used with the Gen 2.1 S/S CP4 Bypass Kit (CP4-6.7F-BP-G2.1-RFA) and Filter Head Update Kit (CP4-6.7F-BP-G2.1-FHU) and not for use on the original Gen2.0 bypass.
