The DFC Diesel Remanufactured Tow/Haul HD Series Long Block Crate Engine is constructed to help improve the towing abilities of your 2017-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. Especially remanufactured to support up to 900 horsepower, the Tow/Haul HD Series is machined with advanced Rottler equipment and is crafted for drivers that want to add more power for towing and hauling heavy loads. Every DFC engine is remanufactured from superior quality parts to meet the most stringent guidelines and has critical upgrades that help your engine maintain its reliability while adding performance. Built to tolerances that are more precise than the factory specifications, this Tow/Haul HD Series engine is proven to be an efficient and a longer lasting engine!
DFC engines are usually matched with near identical weight piston and connecting rod assemblies. This gives you a smoother running engine that creates less noise and feels more balanced. This remanufactured Long Block includes new pistons, rings, bearings, and seals.
During the remanufacturing process, DFC upgrades the Tow/Haul Series engines to give you a longer lasting and better performing engine. Each long block gets ARP 2000 Series Head Studs, ceramic coated piston crowns with dry film coated skirts, DFC HD push rods, and pinned main bearings. For added strength, the Tow/Haul HD Series includes Wagler or Carrillo connecting rods. The Tow/Haul HD Series also features a Fluidamper, HD Flexplate, and balanced rotating assembly.Cylinder HeadEach 6.7L Powerstroke Tow/Haul HD Series engine comes standard with O-ringed cylinder heads. DFC replaces each valve guide with a new cast guide in every cylinder head. Instead of just re-grinding used valves, DFC installs all new valves from high quality sources like MAHLE or SBI. To address common cracking areas in the cylinder head, DFC machines each head to remove the factory hardened seat material then installs new SBI valve seats to help eliminate premature cracking.

Application Note: The specific brand of each component may change due to part availability at the time of each build. Parts are chosen at the discretion of DFC and cannot be specially requested. DFC uses only the best components sourced from multiple brands during the remanufacturing process and backs their engines with an industry-leading 5-year 100,000 mile warranty.
Note: $500 Crate charge is included in core charge total. Engine shipping crate must be returned with core engine to receive full core credit.

The term of the Standard Limited Warranty is dependent on the part of the Remanufactured Unit malfunctioning and the type of defect. Parts coverage and labor coverage varies from length of time to the product failure. Any labor warranties provided herein shall only be provided to a maximum of one hundred ($100.00) dollars USD per hour using Mitchell Labor Guide flat rate times to a maximum forty (40) hours (the “Labor Rate”). No amounts charged or incurred by the Customer beyond the Labor Rate will be paid or reimbursed by DFC. For further clarity, no amounts beyond a maximum of four thousand ($4000.00) USD (the “Labor Limited Warranty Maximum”) shall be paid for any labor warranty under the Standard Limited Warranty.
