Revivas VT365 diesel engines are configured for International delivery trucks, garbage trucks, dump trucks and school buses.

NOTE: Images for full drop-in engine shown. Engines may differ by application. Long-Block & Short-Block versions do not include all options shown. IE: turbocharger, fuel pump... etc.

All Reviva Engines are assembled in the USA. USDP offers free ground shipping of engine and core return.

Note: Flat-Rate Freight covers the cost of shipping the engine to you and then back for the core. Shipping address MUST be to a location with either a loading dock or fork lift. Expedited shipping not available on freight items and cannot ship UPS or FedEx.

International, 18mm Cyl Head Dowel, Aluminum Oil Pan, with Head-Studs (1839468C1, 1839469C1)

 

ABOUT THE REVIVA VT365
  • All Reviva engines are assembled in the USA.
  • Blocks, heads and crankshafts are 100% magnaflux tested to avoid cracked components.
  • Crankshaft is checked for size, reground, if necessary, and micropolished to OEM specifications.
  • Camshaft is checked for wear, reground as necessary, and micropolished to OEM specifications.
  • Connecting rods have new bushings installed and both large and small end are remachined to OEM specifications.
  • All connecting rods are de-magnetized.
  • All heads get new valves and are vacuum tested to ensure the quality of the valve job. All heads are pressure tested.
  • Core plugs are 100% stainless steel to avoid corrosion.
  • Reviva replaces 100% internal wear items including rings, bearings, bushings, gaskets and seals.

Reviva’s Limited Standard Warranty

The term of the Standard Limited Warranty is dependent on the engine or product you purchase. Parts coverage and labor coverage varies from length of time to the product failure. Most engine warranties are 1 year or 2 years depending on the unit purchased. Any labor warranties provided herein shall only be provided to a maximum of ninety-five ($95.00) dollars USD per hour using Standard Labor Guide flat rate times. Labor coverage varies from long block engine and drop-in engines. Please contact us for more information.
