The Power-Stroke Products 18mm 6.0L O-Ring Cylinder Head with HD Springs is the perfect option for the performance built 2003-2005 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Power-Stroke Products Cylinder Heads are built to last! Starting off as a brand-new casting each head is inspected for quality and then built with brand new valves, seals, and springs. This loaded cylinder head includes heavy duty valve springs. This gives you more control over your valvetrain giving you more usable power. The machined O-ring is installed to keep compression in the cylinder, and out of your cooling system.

While this camshaft is a drop-in replacement, clearances should always be checked!

These hydraulic roller lifters are sold in sets of 16 and can withstand the abuse from added power and RPM. Because the camshaft and lifters wear together, it is always recommended to replace your lifters whenever installing a new camshaft.

4340 chrome moly 9.850 length pushrods. These pushrods were designed to withstand the stress that comes with building a high performance engine and prevent pushrod deflection which can result in reduced performance and even engine failure.

Push your Ford 6.0 Powerstroke to the limit without worry of valve float with a set of Powerstroke Products Heavy Duty Valve Springs. Heavy duty valve springs are a necessity when building large amounts of boost, adding an aggressive camshaft, or operating at higher engine RPM. Powerstroke Products valve springs keep the valves under control which means the valves won’t be forced open by turbo drive pressures either. Sold in a complete set of 32, these valve springs require no modification for installation and are best suited with heavy duty valve spring retainers for a completely upgraded valvetrain.
