For those who push their Dodge Cummins to the extreme, the Stage 4 47RE Transmission is engineered to handle over 1,000 HP. Designed for the ultimate enthusiast, this transmission is built to deliver peak performance both on the track and or whatever you may do with your pickup.

Unmatched Performance and Durability

The Stage 4 47RE Transmission incorporates advanced components to ensure superior strength and reliability. It features our 35 Spline Triple Disc Converter, available in Stock Stall (Tow/Daily 1800-2000 RPM) or High Stall (Street/Track 2400-2600 RPM), allowing you to choose performance based on your specific needs.

To handle the power and stress, the transmission includes Alto G3 Power Pack Clutches and Steels, a power-packed overdrive with a custom pressure plate, and a TCS Billet Direct Drum with a power pack. The TCS Super Servo, Billet Band Strut, and Billet Wedge enhance the transmission’s robustness.

For increased durability, the transmission is equipped with a Billet Accumulator, a Billet 4.2 Lever, and an oversized Sonnax Billet Input Shaft. The Ridged 2nd Gear Band and Heavy Duty Direct Drum Piston further support its strength. The Borg Warner Governor Pressure Solenoid and High Pressure Transducer ensure precise control of transmission pressures, while the Heavy Duty Cast Aluminum Deep Pan improves cooling and durability. Lastly, we add PTFE Coated Thrust Washers are used to reduce friction and enhance longevity.

Incorporating a Billet Maraging Intermediate Shaft and a Big Daddy Output Shaft, the Stage 4 47RE is built to endure extreme conditions. For those seeking maximum control, the custom High Pressure Valve Body can be upgraded to the ‘Baby Mama’ High Pressure Full Manual Valve Body, which includes a billet reverse servo.

The Stage 4 47RE is not merely a concept; it has been rigorously tested in real-world conditions. The same level of build quality is applied in our record-setting truck,  “Red Delicious,” which achieved an impressive 3,180 HP at the Ultimate Callout Challenge in June 2024. Although this truck used the newer 48RE transmission, the Stage 4 47RE shares the same fundamental design and engineering.

2 Year unlimited mile limited warranty(Stage 1 & 2)
2 Year unlimited mile limited warranty will not cover broken cases or shafts of transmission. Abuse, misuse, or burn down due to operator error will void warranty. Any warranty work must be performed at Randy’s Transmissions in Tooele UT. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ship transmission or vehicle to Randy’s location for any and all repairs needing to be performed. Any repairs to transmission not authorized by Randy’s Transmissions will void warranty and will not be covered by Randy’s Transmissions.



HOT SHOT AND PLOW TRUCK DRIVERS: WARRANTY IS 12 MONTH / 12,000 MILES.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE INSTALLING A TRANSMISSION YOURSELF, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSION COOLER FLUSHED BY A PROFESSIONAL PRIOR TO TRANSMISSION INSTALL. FAILURE TO DO SO, MAY RESULT IN CONTAMINATED FLUID AND OLD MATERIAL GETTING INTO THE NEW UNIT.
POURING ATF THROUGH THE COOLER IS NOT SUFFICIENT ENOUGH.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ ANY LITERATURE THAT MAY COME WITH YOUR TRANSMISSION OR OTHER COMPONENT REGARDING ADDITIONAL STEPS THAT MUST BE TAKEN IN ORDER FOR A PROPER INSTALLATION & FUNCTION OF THE UNIT.

For the first 90 days of warranty we will pay Shipping to shops due to a covered failure. R&R labor at this time is a case-by-case basis. Fluids and incidentals are not covered.
