Suspension parts on a diesel truck have to control weight first. Ride quality matters, but the truck still needs to steer correctly, hold alignment, and keep the tires planted under load.

Common suspension upgrades here include lift kits, leveling kits, shocks and springs, steering stabilizers, track bars, control arms, and related components. Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 suspension upgrades show up heavily here, but Ford and GM HD trucks are part of the mix too.
