AER Transmissions have a flat-rate freight that also includes the cost to return your core for an easy delivery solution.  Shipping address MUST be to a location with loading doc or fork-lift.  Freight is NOT intended for residential delivery.  If you have no other options for delivery other than a residential address, please contact us first before ordering.  We may be able to arrange a delivery vehicle in your area with a lift gate for an additional fee.

A 3 Year/100,000 mile warranty comes standard on all AER remanufactured engines & Transmissions but we sell them with the upgraded Silver No Fault Warranty.

The Silver No Fault Warranty is still a 3 Year/100,000 mile warranty but covers much more.

Additional coverage includes first time non-manufacturing responsible defect for the unit value and installation labor up to the original coverage timeline. Maximum labor coverage is $50 per hour at ALLDATA time. Coverage also includes: Dry start, foreign object damage, lack of lubricant, over speed, cracked head or block, detonation or pre-ignition, overheating and shipping damage. All great options to have for a customers peace of mind.

Silver No Fault Warranty does NOT cover the following. Towing, rental car or fluids. Parts and labor warranty is limited to the first time failure of the assembly. Multiple failures due to non-manufacturing defects are not covered. Engines that are used in a manner that violates the terms of the standard warranty or used for purposes other than their original intended use is not covered. Do-it yourself repairs or repairs performed by unlicensed repair facilities are not covered.

The optional Gold no fault warranty upgrade adds coverage for towing, rental car, fluids, and additional labor coverage for unit installation. The cost for Gold no fault warranty is $195.

• TOWING: Towing will be covered up to a maximum of $100. Customer must supply a copy of the invoice from the towing company.
• RENTAL: Car rental will be covered up to 10 days at $35.00 per day maximum. Customer must supply a copy of the rental contract.
• FLUIDS: Fluid replacement will be covered up to $50 total.
• LABOR: Hourly rates for all authorized repairs will be paid in accordance with the rate that was paid for the original installation. The hour rate reimbursed may not exceed $100 per hour at ALLDATA time.
• WHAT IS EXCLUDED: Parts and labor warranty under the no fault agreement is limited to the first time failure of the assembly. Multiple failures due to non-manufacturing defects are not covered. Engines that are used in a manner that violates the terms of the standard warranty or used for purposes other than their original intended use is not covered. Do-it yourself repairs and repairs performed by unlicensed repair facilities are not covered.
