High Flow Manifold/Up-Pipe Bundle - 2011-2014 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke F-Series 2011-2016 Cab-Chassis
This bundle alleviates a well known bottle-neck in the 6.7L Power Stroke exhaust system that can make it feel sluggish when it doesn't need to be. The combination of a performance exhaust manifold kit and some high flow up-pipes shows more than a noticeable increase in horsepower and maximizing that power throughout all RPM ranges. This effect is even more prevalent when combined with other power-adders.

BD Heavy Duty Exhaust Manifolds
BD focused on solving one of the Ford 6.7L common failures, the exhaust manifolds. Crafted with a heavy duty 0.275" thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting, this makes these manifolds 75% thicker to combat cracking due to high exhaust temperatures. Thermal durability has been improved with longer exhaust studs and spacers plus thicker, more durable machined bolting flanges. To maximize exhaust flow, computational fluid dynamics were used to optimize flow and exhaust port sizes have been increased to match gaskets.
