The 035-1-HSP, or HSP 58" Bolt-On Traction Bars for 3.5" axle diameters, are designed for the 2001-2010 Chevrolet and GMC Duramax trucks. These traction bars aren't just for modified builds—stock trucks, drag applications, and daily drivers will all benefit.
Diesel trucks carry significant weight up front, especially with aftermarket accessories like plows or winches. Combined with limited rear traction and massive torque output, this often causes wheel hop—a violent up-down motion of the rear wheels under load. While it might seem like a minor issue, wheel hop can destroy driveshafts, axles, u-joints, and yokes. Installing traction bars significantly reduces this risk while improving traction and power transfer.
Our 58" traction bars anchor your rear axle to the frame, minimizing flex and movement. This ensures more power gets to the ground efficiently.
