The Industrial Injection 40% over Race 3 Injectors start out as a genuine stock remanufactured injector from the factory then have been extrude honed and balanced to a perfect matching set injectors that flow 28LPM. The Race 3 40% over injectors should be ran with one of our Phatshaft turbos or our compound turbo setups to run more efficiently and to help reduce EGTs. We Also recommend a CP3 upgrade like our 85% over Dragon Fire Pump or Dual CP3 Kit. We typically see a 1-3MPG increase in fuel economy. This is a 100% OEM Reman Injector directly from the factory themselves simply sold and modified by us here at Industrial Injection.

These injectors come with a new copper crush washer and o-rings for installation. Injectors are an OEM Genuine part that is a direct replacement injector. 

Each injector has a core charge which is fully refundable if your old injector is shipped back within 45 days.

All Industrial Injection / OEM products are covered by a one year/unlimited mile warranty.

When replacing the injectors in your LB7 Duramax we highly recommend replacing the injector fuel lines to avoid new injector contamination. The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem that we see most on these comes from the fuel lines. 

NOTE: Fuel Lines MUST be replaced or cleaned professionally before installation to retain warranty!

You may have noticed that we often offer two types of remanufactured injectors from Industrial Injection ~ Either "Factory Reman" or "II Reman".

Factory Re-manufactured means that a Genuine Bosch re-manufactured stock injector is used as the base injector and then a freshly extruded/honed Industrial Injection nozzle is installed and calibrated to give you your desired percentage/HP over stock.

II or Industrial Injection Reman means that Industrial Injection uses the cores that are available to them or you send in your old injectors to rebuild. They then install their nozzles and calibrate to achieve your requested HP gains. They usually have plenty of cores to rebuild but sometimes will require you to send in yours to rebuild. The part numbers for those injectors are denoted with an "SE" near the end. LPM - Sometimes a rating of LPM is shown in the description of an injector or nozzle. LPM stands for Liters Per Minute. This is just the rating to show the highest potential flow at full fuel pressure and open throttle.
