The Kryptonite KRS170 Performance Series 2.0 IFP Steering Stabilizer is designed to improve steering control, reduce unwanted feedback, and keep your truck tracking straight and true. Whether your truck is stock or running oversized off-road tires, the KRS170 adds controlled damping to help deliver a more predictable steering feel.
Oversized tires and aggressive tread patterns can increase steering feedback and cause the front end to follow ruts, road imperfections, and uneven terrain. The KRS170 uses performance-tuned valving and Internal Floating Piston technology to control that movement while maintaining consistent damping in demanding on-road and off-road conditions.
Built around a durable 2” impact-extruded aluminum body, the KRS170 can be used in the factory stabilizer position on compatible Ram trucks or paired with select Kryptonite steering stabilizer kits for Ram, Ford Super Duty, and GM HD applications.

Important Fitment Info:
Ford Super Duty and GM HD applications require the compatible Kryptonite steering stabilizer kit listed above. The KRS170 is not a direct factory-position replacement on these applications.
For 2012-2014 Ram 2500 models, fitment varies by trim. Compatible trims include Laramie, Laramie Longhorn, Outdoorsman, Power Wagon, R/T, SLT, ST, Big Horn, Lone Star, Laramie Limited, SXT, and Tradesman depending on model year.
