S&B - 64 Gallon Replacement Fuel Tank - 2011-2019 GM 6.6L Duramax Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 Crew-Cab Long-Bed

Part # 10-1015-2

More Fuel. More Distance.

Upgrade your truck with confidence. Unlike other aftermarket options, our high-capacity fuel tank is engineered for maximum performance without compromise. It reduces ground clearance by less than 3 inches, so you gain extended range without sacrificing off-road capability or daily drivability.

Designed For High Flow Fuel Pumps.

Our high-capacity fuel tank is engineered to work seamlessly with high-flow fuel pumps found at truck stops across the country. No more dealing with slow fills—this tank is designed to handle rapid fueling without shutting off prematurely or causing overflow. With reinforced construction and optimized venting, you’ll get faster, smoother fill-ups so you can spend less time at the pump and more time on the road. Perfect for long hauls, heavy towing, or anyone who demands efficiency and reliability.

Why Choose Our High-Capacity Fuel Tank

We’ve designed it to work seamlessly with your stock fuel sending unit, ensuring reliable fuel level readings and hassle-free installation. Every tank comes complete with brand-new hardware and heavy-duty mounting brackets, so you can bolt it in with confidence—no guesswork or extra parts required.

When compared to competitors, our tank delivers the perfect balance of capacity, durability, and clearance. That means fewer fill-ups, more miles between stops, and a straightforward upgrade that just works.

Important Note about the Fuel Gauge Operation:

  • The distance to empty (DTE) on GM trucks can’t be reprogrammed, so it will show about half the mileage that is really left. This occurs with all aftermarket high-capacity fuel tanks.
  • The fuel gauge will operate properly. When you fill up your tank, the fuel gauge will remain on full until about 4-5 gallons have been used and then the gauge will start to move normally. GM trucks monitor for an inoperative fuel gauge, so in some situations, until it starts to move, the truck’s computer will drop the gauge to empty to get the driver’s attention even though your tank is full. The gauge will return to its normal position after restarting the engine. Once the fuel level drops 4-5 gallons from full, the fuel gauge will return to its normal operation.
  • The bottom of the S&B tank has more surface area than the OE, so there will be a greater fuel reserve when the low fuel indicator comes on.
  • The nozzle at high-flow fuel stations (truck stops)  will  be able to fill automatically.

Do you have an Auxiliary Fuel Tank?  Read why  using these with our tanks will void the Lifetime Warranty.
