Injector Driver Module for 1999 - 2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke - Remanufactured IDM. Part # 921-120.

The IDM works in conjunction with the vehicles on-board computer. It is responsible for developing the high-voltage signals necessary to actuate the Hydraulic Electronic Unit Injectors (HEUI) utilized by the Power Stroke engine. The module is susceptible to failure due to water intrusion and internal component failure.

Each module is completely disassembled and all electronic components are tested. Faulty components are replaced, the case cover is replaced and the enclosure is modified and updated to prevent water intrusion, a common failure mode. All units are 100% tested prior to shipment.

GB was first to market with a complete aftermarket solution for the Ford Fuel Injection Control Module (FICM) and Injector Driver Module (IDM). Our engineering and electronics remanufacturing process focuses on finding the root cause of common failures and improving on the OE design to prevent future failure. A bold statement, but GB's electronics are better than OE.

All our remanufactured electronics products go through rigorous final testing and are warranted for 24 months, unlimited mileage.
