This overhaul kit comprised of UEM Dualoy pistons/rings with MAHLE/Clevite seals and bearings. All Dualoy pistons feature a high strength top ring carrier to improve strength of the top load land, and resistance to extreme heat of diesel engines. It is highly recommended to replace the engine oil cooler and oil pump when doing a 5.9L rebuild which is why we have them as an option.
