Turbochargers

The factory LLY turbo works well when everything is clean and functioning, but vane sticking, soot buildup, and worn turbo components become common as these trucks age. Many owners also deal with airflow limits around the factory mouthpiece while the turbo is being serviced.

Available parts include LLY turbochargers, stock replacements, upgraded VGT turbos, rebuild-related parts, mouthpieces, and install hardware for 2004-2005 GM Duramax trucks. If the turbo is already out, inspect the oil feed, drain, boots, and clamps before reusing old parts.
