The Stealth MACH-1 features a 64mm-class, 11-blade extended-tip billet compressor wheel manufactured from lightweight, high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy. Its advanced extended-tip design provides a wider operating range and substantially more airflow than the stock compressor while helping eliminate compressor surge during towing and other high-load conditions.

The upgraded compressor is capable of moving approximately 72 pounds of air per minute compared to approximately 48 pounds per minute from the factory unit. This additional airflow allows the turbo to support more than 700 horsepower and produce over 41 PSI of boost at sea level with proper tuning and supporting modifications.

On the exhaust side, an oversized 67mm 10-blade turbine wheel provides increased exhaust flow and improved energy capture. The custom nickel-alloy turbine is approximately 25% larger at the inducer and 30% larger at the exducer than the factory turbine. This larger, more efficient design helps reduce drive pressure, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and improve performance under sustained load.

Calibrated Power’s High Flow Vane technology uses a custom billet nozzle assembly with taller and wider vanes to reduce restriction and direct more exhaust energy into the turbine wheel. This upgraded variable-geometry system helps the larger turbo maintain spool-up and throttle response comparable to the factory charger while providing improved performance at higher engine speeds.

The Stealth MACH-1 has been tested to approximately 600 RWHP with factory emissions equipment and can support more than 700 RWHP with the proper fuel system, tuning, and supporting upgrades. No special tuning is required for installation, allowing the turbo to operate correctly on a completely stock truck.

A brand-new genuine Holset HE300VG electronic actuator is included for dependable vane control and proper VGT operation. The complete turbocharger is manufactured from brand-new components, carries no core charge, and requires no core return.
