The Stealth MACH-1 features a 64mm-class, 11-blade extended-tip billet compressor wheel precision-machined from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy. With approximately 30% more airflow than the factory turbo, this advanced compressor design supports higher horsepower while helping prevent compressor surge during towing and other high-load conditions.
On the exhaust side, an oversized 67mm 10-blade turbine wheel manufactured from heat-resistant 713C nickel alloy provides increased flow and durability. Approximately 25% larger than the factory turbine, it reduces drive pressure under load, improves exhaust-energy management, and helps maintain lower exhaust gas temperatures. The 10-blade design also produces the distinctive Stealth turbo whistle Cummins owners want.
Calibrated Power’s exclusive Stealth nozzle ring uses taller and wider VGT vanes to capture more exhaust energy and improve turbine efficiency. This upgraded vane and shroud-plate assembly helps the larger turbine spool as quickly as the factory turbo while providing improved airflow, boost control, and EGT management at higher engine loads.
The Stealth MACH-1 provides enough airflow to support more than 700 RWHP with the correct fuel system and supporting modifications. It has also been dyno-verified to support approximately 650 RWHP with factory emissions equipment retained. The turbo is capable of producing approximately 42–45 PSI of boost at sea level, depending on the truck’s tuning and supporting components.
A major advantage of the CPS200245 is its included ITI billet AutoSynq actuator. The actuator uses self-calibrating software with a full vane sweep, eliminating the need for dealer programming or turbo relearn procedures. A heavy-duty brushless motor provides quicker response, increased precision, and longer service life than traditional brushed actuator motors.
