Upgrade the power, towing performance, and drivability of your 2017–2023 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 6.6L L5P Duramax with the Calibrated Power Stealth MACH-1 64mm Drop-In VGT Turbo. Designed to deliver an excellent balance of performance, reliability, and street manners, the Stealth MACH-1 provides substantially increased airflow while retaining quick spool-up, factory exhaust-brake functionality, and a stock-appearing installation.

At the heart of the MACH-1 is a 64mm 11-blade extended-tip billet compressor wheel precision-machined from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy. Its advanced design provides a broad efficiency range with approximately 74 pounds per minute of airflow compared to approximately 60 pounds per minute from the factory turbo. This increased airflow supports higher horsepower while helping prevent compressor surge during towing, lugging, and other high-load conditions.

The upgraded compressor is capable of supporting approximately 700 horsepower. With emissions-compliant tuning and basic supporting modifications, the Stealth MACH-1 can produce as much as 650 rear-wheel horsepower. Competition applications with extensive supporting modifications have produced more than 700 RWHP.

On the exhaust side, the MACH-1 features an oversized 70.4mm 9-blade turbine wheel manufactured from heat-resistant 713C nickel alloy. Approximately 25% larger than the stock turbine, it provides increased exhaust flow and improved efficiency under load. The upgraded turbine helps reduce drive pressure, control exhaust gas temperatures, and produce the distinctive Stealth exhaust tone.

Calibrated Power’s proprietary High Flow Vane technology uses a custom nozzle-ring assembly with taller and wider vanes matched to the larger turbine wheel. This improved variable-geometry system reduces exhaust restriction and increases high-load efficiency while maintaining responsive spool-up and usable low-speed power.

The Stealth MACH-1 is an excellent choice for daily driving, towing, street performance, and competition applications. Its factory-location design installs without custom fabrication, retains a fully functional exhaust brake, and maintains a stock-style exterior appearance.

Important Actuator Information

The turbocharger actuator is not included with CPS200275.

The factory actuator can normally be reused if it is in good working condition and is not producing actuator-related trouble codes. A new actuator can also be purchased separately if the original unit is damaged or unreliable.

The actuator must be professionally recalibrated after installation using the factory minimum and maximum vane-position tables. Failure to perform the correct calibration may result in excessive boost or exhaust pressure and could damage the turbocharger or engine.

Important Tuning Information

Custom tuning is strongly recommended to maximize the performance, drivability, boost control, and EGT benefits of this turbocharger. The manufacturer has produced up to approximately 650 RWHP when pairing the MACH-1 with emissions-compliant tuning and supporting modifications.

Any custom tuning must retain the factory minimum and maximum vane-position tables. Damage resulting from improper vane-position tuning may not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Actual horsepower and boost will vary based on tuning, fuel delivery, supporting modifications, vehicle condition, elevation, and dyno type. Professional installation and actuator calibration are strongly recommended.
