At the heart of the MACH-2 is a 67mm 11-blade extended-tip billet compressor wheel precision-machined from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy. This advanced compressor wheel provides approximately 81 pounds per minute of airflow compared to approximately 60 pounds per minute from the stock turbo. Its wide efficiency range delivers the airflow needed for increased horsepower while helping reduce compressor surge during towing and other high-load conditions.

The MACH-2 uses an upgraded 66.4mm 9-blade turbine wheel manufactured from heat-resistant 713C nickel alloy. Larger than the factory turbine, it features an aggressive blade angle that improves exhaust-energy capture and helps maintain quick throttle response. Turbine blades that are approximately 50% thicker than stock provide increased heat tolerance and durability under sustained high-load operation.

A custom vane cage allows the larger turbine wheel to operate efficiently within the variable-geometry system. This upgraded turbine and nozzle-ring combination helps lower drive pressure and provides improved EGT control at higher engine speeds. Despite its increased airflow capacity, the lighter rotating assembly delivers responsive spool-up comparable to the factory turbocharger.

The Stealth MACH-2 is capable of supporting up to 750 horsepower and approximately 625 rear-wheel horsepower with factory emissions equipment and basic supporting modifications. Competition applications with extensive fuel-system, airflow, and engine upgrades have produced more than 750 RWHP.

Important Notes

This CPS200329 turbocharger is supplied without an actuator. A compatible Calibrated Power turbocharger actuator, Part Number CPS206-117, is available separately. Confirm whether your existing actuator can be reused or if a new actuator is required before installation.

The turbo can operate without performance tuning, but custom tuning is recommended to maximize power, drivability, boost control, and EGT performance. Upgraded fuel-system components and other supporting modifications will be required to reach advertised horsepower levels.
