The Stealth MACH-2 features a 67mm 11-blade extended-tip billet compressor wheel precision-machined from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy. This large, efficient compressor wheel provides the airflow needed to support more than 800 rear-wheel horsepower with the correct tuning, fuel system, and supporting modifications.
On the exhaust side, a 70.2mm 10-blade turbine wheel manufactured from heat-resistant 713C nickel alloy provides increased exhaust flow and improved durability under extreme temperatures. The oversized turbine reduces exhaust restriction and drive pressure, helping the engine maintain better EGT control during hard acceleration, competition use, and sustained heavy-load operation. Its 10-blade design also produces the distinctive Stealth turbo whistle diesel enthusiasts want.
Calibrated Power’s custom High Flow Vane technology includes upgraded 11mm vanes and a matched unison ring designed specifically for the larger turbine assembly. This system improves exhaust flow through the variable-geometry mechanism, providing quicker response, more efficient turbine operation, and better control of the boost-to-drive-pressure ratio.
Machine-ported up-pipe and downpipe passages further reduce airflow restrictions through the turbocharger. Grooved journal bearings improve oil retention, lubrication, and cooling, while a heavy-duty 360-degree thrust bearing provides increased protection against axial loads in high-boost applications.
The Stealth MACH-2 installs directly in the factory turbo location and retains a stock-appearing design. Manufactured from brand-new components, it carries no core charge and does not require a core return.

Important Notes
Custom tuning is required to properly optimize the Stealth MACH-2 turbocharger. Upgraded fuel-system components and other supporting modifications will be required to reach higher horsepower levels. A Garrett turbo vane-position sensor may be available separately. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
