At the center of the Stealth STR is a 61mm 7+7-blade extended-tip billet compressor wheel precision-machined from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy. Its lightweight rotating assembly improves airflow while maintaining spool-up characteristics comparable to the factory turbocharger. The upgraded compressor can provide an additional 80–100 rear-wheel horsepower over tuning alone when paired with the proper supporting modifications.

The exhaust side features a 66.5mm 10-blade turbine wheel manufactured from heat-resistant 713C nickel alloy. Thicker turbine blades provide increased durability, while the efficient 10-blade design improves exhaust flow, helps reduce EGTs, and produces the aggressive Stealth turbo whistle diesel enthusiasts want.

The Stealth STR has been proven to support as much as 650 rear-wheel horsepower with proper tuning and supporting modifications.
